Claim a Soul is a digital memorial wall. You purchase virtual tiles on a shared map and dedicate them to a person, memory, or message. All purchases are for digital content only.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using Claim a Soul you confirm that you meet this requirement.
All payments are processed securely via Paddle. By completing a purchase you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Prices are listed in USD.
We do not sell or ship physical products. All items (tiles, headstones, decorations) exist solely within this website.
You may not use your tile to display content that is hateful, obscene, threatening, or otherwise illegal. We reserve the right to remove specific tiles or terminate the entire account, at our sole discretion, without notice or refund, if any content violates this rule.
We aim to keep the service running indefinitely but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary outages or data loss caused by third-party services (Supabase, Vercel).
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
