All purchases on Claim a Soul are for permanent digital content (virtual memorial tiles). All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
Upon completing a purchase, your tile is immediately activated and displayed on the map. The digital content is delivered instantly upon payment.
Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
This waiver is confirmed via a checkbox at the time of purchase ("I agree that digital content is delivered immediately and waive my right of withdrawal").
