When you sign up we collect your email address. When you purchase a tile we store the name, message, and any other text you enter for display on the map.
We process your data on the basis of contract performance — to provide the service you purchased. Your email is required to authenticate your account and deliver your order.
Your email is used only for authentication and order confirmation. Map tile content (names, messages) is displayed publicly on the site as you intended.
Your account and tile data are stored for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Tile content may remain on the map in anonymised form.
Supabase — stores your account and tile data (servers in the EU/US). Paddle — processes payments (we never see your card details). Vercel — hosts the website.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use only essential cookies required for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email us at support.claimasoul@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
